Jelly Jump Rally is the kind of game you download meaning to try for a minute and are still playing twenty minutes later. You tap to bounce a wobbly blob up an endless climb, dodging spikes and grabbing coins.

The whole thing runs on one thumb, which makes it perfect for standing on a train. The physics are just floaty enough to be funny, and the difficulty creeps up so smoothly you don't notice how far you've climbed.

It's not deep, and it doesn't pretend to be. But it's honest arcade fun, and the score-chasing loop got a few of us competing over lunch.
